Summary

I had studied the fabrication of electronic-grade metal oxides using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis during my PhD. The research produced novel syntheses for both n-type and p-type transparent conductive oxide films which achieved outstanding optical and electrical properties. These results enhance the development of high-quality oxide coatings from liquid precursors for optoelectronic devices.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at KIMM in South Korea. My current project is "Development of fundamental technology for low-melting-point, high-reliability solder paste based on ternary nano-composite for fine pitch".
